01 Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or ordering with the permission of an adult in your household) and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

02 Orders & Confirmation

Orders can be placed through our website basket or directly on WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we've replied with availability and an estimated delivery time — adding items to your basket does not guarantee stock. Because we deal in fresh produce, exact quantities and delivery slots are always subject to what's available that morning.

03 Pricing

Our prices track the wholesale (mandi) market and are updated each morning, so the price you see today may differ from yesterday or tomorrow. The price confirmed with your order at the time we accept it is the price you'll be charged, even if the listed price changes before delivery. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are per kilogram, dozen, bunch, or piece as shown against each item.

04 Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery and UPI payment at the time of delivery, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing. Full payment is due at the time your order is delivered.

05 Delivery

• We currently deliver across Mumbai and the surrounding Mumbai Metropolitan Region; coverage for your specific area is confirmed when you place an order.
• Orders placed before 9 AM are typically delivered the same day, before lunch; later orders may be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and market supply can occasionally cause delays, and we'll let you know if that happens.
• Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed window, as fresh produce cannot always be left unattended.

06 Quality & Returns

Every order is hand-checked before it leaves our godown. That said, produce is a living, perishable product, so we handle quality concerns as follows:

• If any item arrives damaged, spoiled, or clearly not matching what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours (ideally at the time of delivery), with a photo where possible.
• We will replace the affected item on your next order or refund that portion of the bill — whichever you prefer.
• Because ripeness and size can vary naturally between individual fruits or vegetables, minor variation is not treated as a quality issue.
• We're unable to accept returns of perishable produce once delivered, for hygiene reasons; the replace-or-refund process above applies instead.

07 Cancellations

You can cancel or change an order any time before we've confirmed it. Once an order is confirmed and being prepared or is out for delivery, it generally can't be cancelled, since the produce has already been set aside or picked for you — let us know as early as possible if your plans change.

08 Your Responsibilities

When ordering with us, please provide an accurate delivery address and a phone number you can be reached on, and treat our delivery staff with the same courtesy we ask of them. We reserve the right to decline service for abusive behaviour toward staff or repeated, unfounded refusal of confirmed orders.

09 Limitation of Liability

We aim to get every order right, but our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the replacement or refund described under Quality & Returns above. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed meal plan or event, arising from a delayed or incorrect delivery.

10 Intellectual Property

The Jay Malhar Enterprises name, logo, and the content of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version — continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
