• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address, given when you place an order or fill in our contact form.
• Order details — the items, quantities, and delivery time you request, along with your order history.
• Payment-related information — such as whether an order was paid by cash on delivery or UPI. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our own servers.
• Communications — messages you send us over WhatsApp, phone, or email, kept so we can follow up on an order or query.
• Basic usage data — pages viewed and general device/browser information, collected automatically so the site works correctly on your device.

02 How We Use It

We use the information above only for purposes connected to running the business:

• Confirming, preparing, and delivering your order.
• Contacting you about delivery timing, substitutions, or issues with an order.
• Keeping basic records for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Understanding which produce and delivery areas are most popular, so we can plan sourcing.
• Responding to questions or complaints sent through our contact form or WhatsApp.

We do not use your information to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

03 Sharing With Others

We share information only where it's necessary to fulfil an order or where the law requires it:

• Delivery staff — your name, address, and phone number, so your order can reach you.
• Payment processors — if you pay online, the processor you use handles your payment details directly under its own privacy terms.
• Government or legal authorities — only where we're required to by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

We do not share your information with marketers or data brokers.

04 WhatsApp & Messaging

Many of our orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp. When you message us there, WhatsApp (owned by Meta) processes that message under its own privacy policy, in addition to this one. We use WhatsApp conversations only to confirm and fulfil your order, and to answer questions you raise.

05 Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use small, essential cookies or local browser storage to remember basic preferences, such as items in your basket during a single visit. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may reset your basket.

06 Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting who on our team can access order and contact records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.

07 Data Retention

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes, and meet our accounting and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to:

• Share a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your information, once we no longer need it for the reasons above.
• Stop contacting you with anything beyond confirming an active order.

09 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults placing household grocery orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and orders should be placed by an adult.
